Are brilliant
Argentinean dancers and teachers, who dedicate their
life to Tango, a dance of art and
discipline.
They have achieved
expressing passion and force to the fine art of Tango
in the most radiant expression.
They started their
training very early in their life, Marcelo from
traditional folklore and Selva from classic ballet.
They meet in 2001, in Capilla del Monte, Cordoba
province, in Argentina and from then, they begin a path
together completely dedicated to Tango. Meanwhile, they
moved to Buenos Aires, where they attended classes with
the best teachers to perform their technique.
With this wide influence, and focus themselves towards
tango as social form, they developed their own way of
teaching with a precise technique and understanding as
well with a warm sense of humor.
In 2005, they moved
to Barcelona, where they run regular classes combined
with traveling teaching and performing all over Europe.
Since then, they have been gaining a respectable
reputation in the scene as performer as well as
teachers.
(**) Note: Marcelo y Selva are coming in
replacement of
Gustavo and Maria, who expressing their
deepest apologies, for personal reasons they needed to
return to Buenos Aires from USA and to cancel the 6
weeks European part of the their Tour. This
has nothing to do with UK border regulations, since
that was all sorted out already.

Fernando
is a young dynamic teachers and performers of Tango
base in Devon, UK.
He is passionate about teaching, following a continuos
self development of how to teach. Taking Tango as an
improvisational dance, in his classes he use exercise
to encourage improvisation from an early stage as well
showing short sequences of steps to grasp a concept.
He provides to the students tools to understand the
principles that govern each movement. He create
exercises that enable to them to experience something
first, and then reflect on it or simple to understand
the mechanics .All this surrounded by a young, friendly
and fun learning environment!
Also, He is the
organizers of Tango Feast, DJ, as well as other tango
events.
He has taught and perform all over UK, Europe, North
America and Argentina.

Martinez ( France/Spain)

She is base
in Seville, Spain and regularly she teaches in UK.
Strengh, grace and playfulness are the trademark of
Sophie’s teaching. She has spend years, many of them in
Buenos Aires, studying the body and the way it moves.
With her warmer and enchanting way to express herself,
advanced technical aspects of tango become accessible
to all.
